Egg-stra Recipes

We happen to be in a season of having many, many eggs around our house so I recently made a vlog showing ways we use this yummy protein in our house. Even when I didn't have chickens and ducks, I always thought of eggs as a relatively cost effective way to get a nice bang of protein into meals for our family. I am sharing two of those recipes with you here: one is a spin on German pancakes, the other is my go-to egg salad recipe. If you make either or both, I hope you enjoy!!!
